CurrikiStudio Deployment Package Enables Customers to Implement a Free, Digital Authoring Platform for their Medium and Large Education Organizations.

Today, non-profit Curriki® announced the release of the CurrikiStudio AWS CloudFormation Template for Amazon Web Services (AWS) to support the efforts of school districts, universities, and nonprofits to produce interactive, self-paced digital learning experiences for distance and remote learning via CurrikiStudio, the only free, open-source authoring tool for remote learning experiences. This free deployment package, accessible at GitHub, automates the process of installing CurrikiStudio on an organization’s AWS account and reduces the technical and financial barriers for education institutions aiming to provide mobile learning experiences that keep learners engaged.

“The release of the CurrikiStudio AWS CloudFormation Template makes it possible for K-12 districts, state education organizations, colleges, and nonprofits to create unlimited interactive learning experiences for their learners,” said Curriki Co-founder and Board Chairman, Kim Jones. “Since the launch of CurrikiStudio, education institutions and organizations have requested such a solution and we are thrilled to respond so quickly. Now, greater numbers of organizations will be able to discover and access CurrikiStudio, which will undoubtedly make an impact on the success of their learners.”

The CurrikiStudio AWS CloudFormation Template offers great flexibility and simplifies the process of installing CurrikiStudio on AWS. With a few clicks, an organization can deploy the complete CurrikiStudio suite, or install just the core CurrikiStudio authoring tool and select specific CurrikiStudio add-on modules like CurrikiGo publishing, the CurrikiLibrary advanced search, or our rich analytics tool. CurrikiStudio enables educators to convert and create engaging content, and publish to major Learning Management Systems, content platforms, and other web-enabled sites.

“Once again, CurrikiStudio is taking digital learning to another level with their integration with AWS. Our organization depends on AWS to deliver quality social studies and science lessons to millions of students across the nation. Now we can deliver those lessons more easily than ever. Curriki is setting the bar at a new level for both student engagement and accessibility. We are getting into game-changing territory here once even more schools discover this amazing resource,” commented Bert Bower, CEO, Teachers’ Curriculum Institute.
